Feldenkrais® lessons are easy, effective, gentle and fun mind-body exercises which help people to discover optimal ways of moving during work and leisure activities and to recover from injuries and restrictions. These classes are suited to beginners. Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor without assistance (or by using a prop) and comfortably lie on the floor (on a rug) on the back, side and/or tummy for an hour.
Venue: Uniting Church Hall, Turnbridge St, Nelly Bay 4819
Cost: Casual rate $15/$10 concession per class - ask about discounted multi-class passes.
