Each Tuesday and Thursday a Baby Boomers' Class is held at the Horseshoe Bay foreshore. This class involves limbering up the body with gentle movements and working on alignment, co-ordination, strength and maintaining health and vitality for older adults. Cost: $5 (for 40 minutes).
