Island School Students are bringing us something ever so special. Island Show is a collection of performance art, carefully curated to depict life on Maggie and her surrounds; New Zealand, Polynesia and the Torres Straight Islands.
Poetry written and performed by our resident voice over artist who we lovingly call 'Ro', "Dear Maggie" is not one to miss, backed by sounds of Matt Whitton on the Kora. Soundscape by our students emulating the sounds of the bush of Yunbenen.
Watch and listen to power house vocalist Dominique Battensby, supported by 'Island School Choir' and a very special guest.
Lucas, Billy and Leilani our theatre sport specialists will throw us something out of the box with their improvisation skills.
Two plays by our awesome mixed and teens groups.
The lovely Ruby Belczacki with her solo on our canoe trip to Polynesia.
And a nice take on Enya's classic Orinoco Flow.
Come and hear our amazing soundtrack.
Followed by a disco for all.
