The Throat Chakra is the centre for expression, creativity and communication. ??It is responsible for expressing your emotion, acknowledging your needs and asking for what you want, saying NO and setting your limits, speaking your truth, speaking up for yourself, channelling, speaking in front of other people, singing, art and creative expression, thyroid problems, hormones, restlessness, hyperactivity, fatigue and tiredness.
All these are expressed or are a manifestation of an imbalanced throat chakra.?? Join us in a special Sound Healing, introducing and exploring the energetic, and healing aspects of the Didjeridoo.
