Stretch & Strength is a non-cardio, low-impact class based on strengthening the back, increasing healthy posture & alignment, opening our chests, spines & hips to reveal the radiant health that is inside all of us. This class is ok for people with injuries or who aren't interested in cardiovascular fitness. We focus on the smaller and more supportive muscles rather than looking to increase power & speed.
