Each Tuesday & Thursday a Baby Boomers' Class is held at the Horseshoe Bay Foreshore. It is of 40 minutre duration and costs $5. This class involves limbering up the body with gentle movements and working on alignment, co-ordination, strength & maintaining health & vitality for older adults.
