**BDF Exhibition: 'Other Magnetical Matter' - Opening

The Magnetic Island History and Craft Centre’s Butler Hut launches 'Other Magnetical Matter' at 2pm on Sun 5 Sept. This exhibition tells interesting stories about island history - mostly unconnected and often controversial. Was gold actually discovered on Magnetic Island? Is there a cache of coins waiting to be found on Picnic Bay beach? Come and find some answers. Exhibition runs from Mon 6 Sept Sun 3 Oct from 10am to 2pm - (closed Tuesdays).
