Carols By Candlelight

On Thursday 9 December there will be lots of carols for everyone to sing at Carols By Candlelight this year at Alma Park, proudly presented by The Magnetic Island State School. The Townsville Brass Band will lead the carols supported by song-leader Kitty Connor and a choir. Seating is available, but bring a rug if you'd like to sit on the grass. C&K Magnetic Island Early Childhood Centre will be operating a sausage sizzle from 4.45pm- 6.45pm at Alma Bay. Sausages and soft drinks will be available for purchase along with ‘flame-free’ candles to enhance your enjoyment of the evening. Carols begin at 7:00 PM (sharp), finishing before 8:30 PM. A donation for this year's Christmas Bowl Appeal would be greatly appreciated. This is an alcohol and smoke-free event.
