Here's a sneak peak of what to expect!
Dan Horne is an English born, Australian singer/songwriter and multi instrumentalist.?His music is an unmistakeable blend of Folk, Blues an Roots.
He began his music career performing on the streets , with his one man band style and the use of multiple instruments, foot percussion, harmonica and a raw powerful vocal. Dan creates an unmistakable and energetic sound.
Dan pulls influence and inspiration from many forms of world music. Lapsteel guitar techniques from India, Hawaii and the deep south meet folk driven melodies and chord progressions, more familiar in Americana styles.
In more recent times artists such as popular Folk/Rock band 'Mumford and Sons', Americana 3-piece 'The Lumineers' and singer songwriters such as 'John Butler' have influenced Dan in his writing. The essence of musicians such as 'Dylan', 'Hendrix', 'Tracy Chapman' as well as right back to early 'Robert Johnson' play a huge part in Dan's song writing.?
Since the release of his Debut Album 'From The Roots' , Dan has taken his show Australia wide and is scheduled to play a huge run of shows and festivals across all major cities. He is also working on a run of dates for the UK and Europe in 2018.
