It's your chance to learn from the internationally acclaimed tabla percussionist Dheeraj Shrestha - right here on Magnetic Island! This Indian and Nepalese Rhythm Workshop & Vocal Percussion will be held:
Sat 26 Feb: 2pm - 5pm
Sun 27 Feb: 10am - 11.30am, and 3.00pm - 4.30pm
Cost: $150.00 BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL - LIMITED SPACES.
This workshop is suitable for all, including those who have never played a table before, but would like to try and understand its secrets, and vocal percussion. Dheeraj will be demonstrating the role of the tabla and it's relationship within traditional and world music. Djembe, drum kit, and any for of percussionist are welcome.
