The gentle yet potent 2-hour exploration of slow, mindful Somatic Movement, breath work and relaxation therapy is developed to restore and re-educate muscles and neural pathways back to their natural state: relaxed, lengthened and pain-free. All bodes are welcome, no prior yoga or somatic movement experience is required.
