Dancing Freedom Townsville & Magnetic Island & Serenity Space Yoga Magnetic Island are excited to expand the magic this week at our monthly dance this Friday night, 25th August from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
The theme this week will is "Heart Coherence".
To support and honour the Heart Coherence, we will be offering a Cacao ceremony to begin the evening to align our heart's with our body, mind and dancing spirits.
Rocky & Janette will also be offering a beautiful integrative sound bath to assist us to integrate and deepen our embodiment.
A very special evening to be had for all who feel moved to come be in their heart space.
To give the heart time and space our session will begin at 6.30pm and conclude at 8.30pm.
We hope you will join us for a magical evening.
There is limited dance space, so booking is recommended.
