1. Tahana Reserve Curvee - A selection of canapes.
2. Villa Maria Private Bin Pinot Gri - Veitnamese rice paper rolls with passionfruit nam jim dipping sauce.
3. Tamar Ridge Chardonnay - Bug tails with garlic, anchovie and tarragon butter.
4. Wither Hills Pinot Noir - Braised wild rabbit with cleriac, parsnip mash and baby carrots.
5. St Hallets GST (Grenache Shiraz Touriaga) - Pork bellie with strawberry chilly jam and green apple puree.
6. Phillip Shore No. 17 Merlot Cabernet Franc (Cabernet Sauvignon - Kangaroo fillets with roasted root vegetables, goats cheese mash, asparagus and cabernet jus.
