The relationship between a mother and her children is the most intimate and creates the strongest emotions. Due to the biological symbiotic nature that creates life, the bond with mother is the most important. Even when we grow up there is negotiation of the deep connection, as mother is our first LOVE.

In this workshop we will explore with our felt sense to find our place with our mother, no matter what. Through exercises and sharing circle we experience this powerful work and the potential to shift one's perspective and create more capacity to a deeper understanding.
