Come and explore the Lagoon and its' catchments. Hear about some of the changes and the impacts they have had on our largest wetland.

It is an easy walk of about 1.7km that will take about 2 hours including stops and discussions. We’ll go down Apjohn St to Sandals Estate, and then down through the wetland to the western end of the lagoon. We’ll explore the lagoon margins before crossing the board walk and following the dune track back to Horseshoe Bay Rd where we’ll finish.

Covered shoes and long pants recommended: we’ll be pushing through the occasional pandanus and there are still wet, soft spots.
