!!! Opera On The Island 2012 !!!

Location: Geoffrey Bay Foreshore - Arcadia
The Underground Opera Company, is well known for their Rockhampton Caves and Janolan Caves performances, as well as a plethora of other annual performances throughout the East Coast of Australia. The company comprises world class performers including Dame Joan Sutherland’s pianist.
Magnetic Island Performance: The opening Welcome To Our Country will be played by a local Indigenous Didgeridoo player (information to be advised) from the Cultural Centre, and will be followed by local flutist Emma who has Honours in Music.

Location: Geoffrey Bay, Magnetic Island - at the former Capricornia Barge landing site adjacent to the Hotel Arcadia.
Tickets:
$70 Performance only, or
$99 Platinum tickets which include a delicious meal from Barefoot Art, Food, Wine. Drinks are also available.
