The Magnetic Island Rotary Club proudly presents the inaugural Magnetic Island Beer Can Regatta as part of the 2013 Magnetic Island Bay Dayz Festival on Sunday 6 October from 9am to 2pm. This will be a fun day for the whole family in Picnic Bay with activities for all ages including boat events, tug of war, markets and much more! Boats can be made out of empty beer cans, soft drink cans or empty milk containers. All events will have prizes and all monies raised on the day will be gifted to charity.
Whether it is school versus school, hotel versus hotel, islanders versus mainlanders or just entry for the fun of it, everyone is invited to participate.

Entry cost:
$50 for adult teams of 4 - that’s only $12.50 each!?
$10 for children’s teams under 12 years old.
